Lou is a Guitarist, Composer, & Performer, from New York. He currently plays with Joe Rock & The All Stars, South Shore Jazz, Killer Joe & Lido Soul, Breakaway, and Vinny Pastore's Gangster Squad. Lou also plays many solo shows and Acoustic Duo's with Brother Tony Carrollo. On June 10th, 2012, he was inducted into the New York Blues Hall Of Fame. He was also a finalist in the 2005 International Blues Challenge in Memphis, Acoustic Solo/Duo category with Breakaway band mate Howie Haber. He has shared the stage with Carmine Appice, Bernie Williams, Twisted Sister, Rick Derringer, Gene Cornish, Randy Jackson from Zebra, John Gatto & Joe Franco from The Good Rats, CJ Ramone, Tony Orlando, Gary US Bonds, Sandy Gennaro, Jack Scarangella, Bob Margolin, Richie Canata, Jon Herrington , Arno Hecht of The Uptown Horns, Vic DiBitetto, and several cast members from The Sopranos, He has appeared on The Artie Lange Show, Wes Houston Presents, The Blues Warehouse, and Graveyard Blues. Lou has performed at The Paramount in Huntington, The Emporium, The Hard Rock Cafe in NYC, Lucille's at BB Kings in NYC, The Stone Pony in Asbury Park NJ, The Space in Westbury, The Long Island Blues & Jazz Festival, Hogs and Heifers, My Fathers Place, The Gramercy Theater, The Rainbow Room, The Cornelia Street Cafe, The Boulton Theater, The Barrier Beach Blues Festival, The Riverhead Blues Festival, Cedar Beach Blues Festival, Warwick Winery Blues Festival, Cha Cha's in Little Italy, The Edison Ball Room, The Mandarin Hotel, Club Helsinki in Hudson NY, and Hill Country BBQ in NYC. Lou has also appeared at Mr. Handy's Blues Hall, The Rum Boogie Cafe, and The Center for Southern Folklore in Memphis.
